Available online or in person, coaching sessions and programs are designed specific to your individual needs and are focused on a number of themes:

Already know your preferred modality or are ready to give a new one a try?

Holistic healing modalities provide a range of choices to approach overcoming anxiety, stress, confusion and feeling stuck. They also help with goal setting, better health and wellness, clarity on on your goals, clarity in the next steps to take, overcoming limiting beliefs and more. Available in person or online for 60 or 90 minute sessions, these holistic healing modalities include:

  • Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or ‘tapping’ - using the power of tapping on the meridian points in the body and combined with affirming statements, this super easy technique calms the nervous system, overcomes limiting beliefs and brings clarity, supporting your health, welling and personal goals.

  • Meditation - my mediation technique will not ask you to ‘empty your mind’ (it simply isn’t possible!), but will help you develop an internal dialogue that helps you centre the mind, heart and body that supports feeling grounded, calm and clear.

  • Visualisation - ready to go on a joyful journey of your wildest imagination? Using all of the senses in the body, create the boldest and most vivid image or animation to see, feel, hear, touch and taste the bringing about of your goals and desired experiences in life.

  • NLP and Timeline Therapy (TM) - proven techniques in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Timeline Therapy (TM) will help you overcome limiting beliefs and release painful emotions in easy ways.

  • Laughter yoga - It’s no secret that everyone loves a laugh, and did you know that you can laugh your way to better health and happiness, overcoming anxiety, stress and even depression along the way? Laughter yoga combines breathing, clapping and laughter exercises to support better health and wellbeing. This can be done in individual and group sessions.

  • Master your emotions - learn to understand what painful emotions really mean, how we can connect with them in positive ways and how to create a healthy internal diaologue that really teaches you how to be with yourself and capture the wisdom of your emotions for a more balanced and fulfilling life.

All holistic modalities are available for individual and group sessions, with the exception of NLP/Timeline Therapy which are available for individuals only. What is holistic life coaching?

Holistic life coaching combines both solid life coaching modalities (eg goal setting, timeline therapy and neurolinguistic programming), with energetic healing modalities (emotional freedom techniques (EFT), meditation, breath work, somatic practices eg dialoguing with the body) offering positive transformation, achievement of goals, guidance and support.

How does a holistic life coaching session work?

Sessions are held between the holistic life coach and the client either in person or online. These sessions will utilise a combination of life coaching and energetic healing modalities to help you with the goals or transformation you are seeking which is determined either at the beginning of the session or in a free pre consultation session. Sessions also provide important guidance and support, especially for people who are going through challenging times.

What are the benefits of a holistic life coaching session?

Every person is different and so depending on your personal goals or what you need support with, some of the benefits include:

Do I have to use the energetic healing modalities in the sessions?

No. There is no requirement to use the energetic healing modalities. The life coaching modalities provide solid tools to help you with your goals, transformation, guidance and support. However, the energetic healing modalities do provide an opportunity to work at a deeper level as they are more focused on integration between the mind, body, heart and spirit. It is understandable that some of the energetic healing modalities are unfamiliar to people, and I am more than happy to answer any questions you might have about them.

What if I don’t know exactly what I want to work on in my sessions?

That is completely ok. It is quite common that people know that something needs to change but they are not entirely sure what it is. I will ask you some powerful questions that will help clarify your goals and what you would like to work on in your sessions.

Are the sessions confidential?

Absolutely yes! I will always keep the information you or your group shares with me confidential. My sessions are also conducted in a safe and judgement-free environment.

How long does a holistic life coaching session go for?

Sessions can be booked for either 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

Where are individual sessions held?

Sessions are held online or face-to-face (Sydney).

How long does a group workshop go for?

Group workshops will be designed specific for the requirements of your group and can range from a couple of hours to a full day.

Where are group workshops held?

Group workshops can be held at your preferred venue in person. Online options are available but in person provides greater benefits in the coming together of a group.
