About the course
It’s no secret that meditation has a lot of benefits for health and wellbeing. And there are a wide variety of great meditation practices out there. But what I hear most from people is that they say they can’t meditate, that they can’t focus their mind.
But what if there was a way to meditate where you could let your mind run wild with every random thought that pops into your head?
Welcome to the Wild Mind Meditation 6-week online course (Level 1) - a course designed for people who say they can’t meditate.
This course will teach you super easy meditation techniques:
where you can let your mind run wild (with no filter!) in a way that supports a calmer body and better wellbeing
that provide the true ‘how to’ sit with your thoughts and feelings no matter how wild they get
that helps you to create healthier habits and behaviours
that helps you to create healthier relationships with people, your environment and money
that allows you to let go of resistance and move to ultimate acceptance
that helps you access your internal wisdom and make better choices
that can be done both in stillness and whilst going about your day.

Not at all. This course is especially designed for absolute beginners and those who say they can’t meditate. If you’re already practicing meditation, the Wild Mind Meditation will add something new to your meditation practice.
Why is it called Wild Mind Meditation?
When we sit down to meditate, our minds naturally go wild with all sorts of thoughts which is the perfect place to start meditation because we can be present with our thoughts. In being present with our thoughts, we can begin to calm the the mind and body.
What is different about Wild Mind Meditation compared to other meditations?
There are a wide variety of great meditation practices out there, each of them with their own respective benefits. Many of them require you to focus on a single thing to still the mind ie the breath, a visualisation, chanting or movement. A lot of people struggle to focus the mind because it is protective after all, trying to do its best to keep us safe (thank you mind!). Wild Mind Meditation allows you to follow every random thought that pops into your head and in connecting with these thoughts, allows you to still the mind and calm the body.
